Questions before getting started
What if my topic needs more than 45 minutes?
I flag this before confirming the session, not during it. We either narrow the scope to the question that unlocks the next step, or I suggest the feasibility workshop. I do not sell two consultations in place of one workshop.
Do I need to provide access to my code or servers?
No, and I do not request it. The consultation is based on what you describe and show during the session. If access is genuinely needed, the work belongs in a technical review with its own written scope and authorisation.
Which languages are available?
French, English or Arabic, as you prefer. The written summary uses the language of the session.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
You may cancel or reschedule without a fee at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. Cancellation within that notice period receives a full refund of the consultation payment. Later requests are reviewed individually. If Imad cancels and no alternative is agreed, you receive a full refund. Your applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
