Who this is for
Your website is slow and nobody knows why
Pages take too long, visitors leave, and explanations conflict. We measure the issues and sort out what matters.
You are taking over a website you did not build
You want to understand the existing system before making changes.
You need a plan, not a list of 200 alerts
Automated tools generate volume. What is often missing is an order of action: lower effort and higher impact first.
How it works
- 01
Agree on the scope
One website, up to five public pages, selected together in advance.
- 02
Review the site
Performance, compatibility, configuration and potential update issues.
- 03
Set priorities
Each finding receives an estimated effort and benefit, rather than a score out of a hundred.
- 04
Deliver the report
A readable document: what to do, in which order, and what can wait.
Questions before getting started
Is this a penetration test?
No. This is a non-intrusive review of configuration, code and architecture. Intrusive testing requires a written scope, permission from the system owner, an agreed testing window and, by default, a staging environment. It is not part of this package.
Are fixes included?
No. The package covers findings and prioritisation. Fixes are quoted separately, and you can choose another developer to implement them: the report is written to be usable without me.
What if the site has more than five pages?
We select the five pages together, typically the homepage, a category page, a product page, the basket and a content page. A broader review is quoted after scoping.
Do you need access?
Public pages are enough for most of the review. Read-only access can allow a deeper look at updates and configuration. It is requested explicitly, never assumed.
Unconfirmed fees remain proposals. Scope and availability are agreed before payment; only services with active checkout can be paid through this site.
