AI feasibility workshop
An AI idea. A plan for what comes next.
Before developing anything: is it feasible with your data, what could it cost, and how will we verify the result?
- Fee
- 250 EUR
- Duration
- 90 minutes
- Format
- EUR / workshop
Scope
Included
- A preparation questionnaire
- 90 minutes focused on a specific use case
- A feasibility note covering data, architecture, limitations and next steps
Not included
- Prototype development is quoted separately
Who this is for
You have an AI idea but no clear first step
You can picture the use case. What is missing is where to start and what it requires from your data.
Someone has promised that “AI can do it”
You want a technical assessment of that promise: what is realistic, what is not, and what may cost more than expected.
You need to decide on a budget
A reasoned order-of-magnitude estimate is more useful than a quote for a need that has not yet been scoped.
How it works
- 01
Prepare with a questionnaire
So the 90 minutes focus on the use case rather than gathering background.
- 02
The workshop
90 minutes on one specific use case: available data, access constraints and what a correct result means in this context.
- 03
The feasibility note
Data, architecture, limitations and prototype stages — including when the answer is “not this way”.
Questions before getting started
Do I leave with a prototype?
No. You receive a written note explaining whether a prototype makes sense, what it requires, and where to start. Development is quoted separately.
What if the answer is no?
The note says so and explains why. Identifying a dead end before funding it can be the most useful outcome of a feasibility workshop.
Do I need to bring data?
No data is required or requested. Describing its nature, volume and access permissions is enough for scoping. No data is transferred during the workshop.
Which safeguards do we discuss?
Those that determine whether a system is deployable: where answers come from, what is checked before they are shown, who can access what, and what happens when the system should refuse.
Unconfirmed fees remain proposals. Scope and availability are agreed before payment; only services with active checkout can be paid through this site.
